A Double Yolk!

So as I am sitting here being lazy and blogging my wonderful husband is making our dinner, stuffed pasta shells with portabella mushrooms and spinach! He was cracking the eggs into the stuffing mixture when out popped two yolks out of one egg! It is only the second time in my life I have ever seen a double yolk, so if you haven't been quite so lucky in your lifetime to see such a thing, here is the exciting picture.
