I have recently discovered that you make the most delicious french fries! I TOTALLY understand how hard it is for an alto to sing Primary Songs. Luckily children respond to a "head voice" over singing with your full diaphragm. (I seem to remember that from my Music Ed. class) You are definitely not alone in a soprano world.

Your blog is my favorite blog to read, I'm not kidding. I am really glad we can stay in touch through blogging. It's a way of keeping in touch that works for both of us. How fun that you get to be the chorister! I LOVE that calling. I got to do that for two years, and my mom is doing it again right now. I just went to Mervyn's and got mysees lf an new shirt. I feel sad when a store goes out of business.
By the way, I also enjoy listening to the music on your blog from time to time to find new songs I like- since I'm so totally out of the loop on things like that. I have actually bought quite a few songs off of itunes as the result of listening to your music. I must say you have good taste!

I'm so happy you're the primary chorister too! After a year, I'm amazed those kids put up with my "not-soprano" voice as well. I loved this entry--very creative. We'll have to bounce some ideas around for our callings. :)
