I was watching a morning news show yesterday and they had a guest chef on who did a spot on "Confidence in the Kitchen". It was all about how you can learn to throw together recipes on your own if you know the basics. She has these cool cards that tell you what ingredients to use for certain types of dishes. I thought these were great because I am always wondering what to use to make my sauce a bit more "Italian" or my stir-fry a bit more "Chinese". Now I know! Here are the links so you can print them out yourself:

Supply List for Chinese, Japanese and Thai
The only thing missing for me is a list for Mediterranean, which has become a new favorite of mine. For that though you just need a healthy dose of Feta cheese, some hummus, a good pita, and of course some Tzatziki sauce!
