We have been trying to cut back on our eating out so we decided that we will just eat out once a month, on our anniversary day (the 18th). This month we went to Zupas! I was so excited to discover that they just put in a Zupas in Layton, that is one of the places I miss from Provo.
Baby prep. I got this watercolor ABC's (made by my sister Carolyn) custom framed to go in our "nursery". Right now it is looking like the "nursery" is going to be the corner of our bedroom.
Doing our civic duty. We participated as county delegates by voting in a special election to replace our District's state senator, who recently resigned. We became delegates by default, as you may remember. We haven't loved going to all the meetings (they can get a bit long and frustrating), but it has been interesting to participate a bit more in our local government and see how things are run.
Hanging out with friends. Last Saturday I got together with some of my old roomies, Jessica, Cristina, and Lisa. Sadly we forgot to take a pictures while Cristina and Lisa were there!
After lunch with the roomies I got to visit my brother in Provo for a bit and then I headed to dinner with some of my friends from grad school. We went to our traditional gathering place, Mimi's Cafe.
Growing, growing, and growing some more. For those of you who are dying to see, here is what I am looking like these days at 28 1/2 weeks.
No, that is not my belly button sticking out and making my belly look pointy :) it is just a fold in my shirt. I'm glad I still have my innie belly button, but it does keep getting shallower and shallower!

Little boy Seaver is the luckiest ever. Just look at the glow on his mother's face :) I bet he can hardly wait to get here to share your room and your lives.

What a cute little belly! We are so excited for you. I love that ABC's painting that Carolyn did. She is so talented! We are heading up to Seattle this weekend and we are staying with your family. We are excited. It's always fun times in the Cahoon home.
